Are you able to choose to be Creative?

This is one among many questions I'm studying at Blekinge tekniska högskola. The distance course has helped me to understand why certain people and environments has easier to be creative, and also, initialy, learned me different kind of definition of "Creativity".

I really recommend the course to everyone. You get inspiring lectures, assignments, but also get to learn course collegues with different and interesting backgrounds.

Here you'll find the course information.

Hugo

Starting to document my affection...

This might look strange to you. But I really don't like being ill, cold or invalid. It's really unnecessary to be away from school or from work, if you can avoid being sick.

Some people don't mind being sick at work, even if they risk their environment to get infected. The level of performance does also decrease having some kind of affection.

I’m not one of them.

Starting today I will document all of my affection, in this way I will get a collection of data to analyze.

I hope to learn more about myself, and maybe it will result in less affection a year.

Sincerely

Hugo

Student again...

Last time beeing student was exactly four years ago. I had a thesis to present for Volvo and for my institution at University of Luleå.

Tomorrow a new blank page starts, this time in Örebro and Örebro University.

The goal is to interact with the field of Business Administration. But in the sa,e time interact with the field of students and student networks. I'm familiar with similar student fields since my studies in Luleå. But this time my focus and goals, besides actual studies, will be entrepreneurship and networking. Entrepreneurship in case of learning and starting businesses, and networking by starting organizations towards mentorship and board directing.

Sincerely yours

Hugo

A year with possibilities...

or in fact a year with hope and experiences. Mostly when I write or say “experience” I mean “travel and explore”, but this year that word will have other meanings. Travelling will probably still lead to new experiences, but I will also explore new tastes/humans/things which will contribute to experiences.

Besides experiences, this year will be better in case of treating people and professional colleagues. In sense of being more humble, giving more than receiving, and not taking anything for granted.

Sincerely

Chiesa, Asprilla, Lombardo...

These are some of the profiles I remember from the time when "Uno, cruz, due" was transmitted on Swedish TV3 back in the 90th's.

Enrico Chiesa, Faustino Asprillia, Attilio Lombardo

Three fantastic players which contributed their knowledge in many countries. Lombardo became later Football Manager, Chiesa is still active in AS Figline, and Asprilla is only retired.

....result of some thoughts on the train to Stockholm.

Off to Barcelona...

13 December I return to Barcelona to witness FC Barcelona - Espanyol.

The picture below was taken during El Clasico 2007, when the finale score became 3-3 after a hatrick by Leo Messi.

The journey starts already 11 november on the evening from Skavsta airport in Nyköping. We are flying with Ryanair, and are using Nickes travel agent for hotel and match tickets.

Picture below was captured during a guided tour at Camp Nou. On the picture you can see the former frensh star, Ludovic Guily.

Sometimes you need to ask yourself,...

...what do I need to do to achieve my goals. At least ask yourself what direction will shorten/strenghten my chances of getting where I want. I think I'm in a phase were everything is recalculated, and hopefuly most of my goals and strategies will be similar to what they were earlier. But that is probably not the case.

I rather find several methods, tactics or way of living that contributes to better lifestyle, mission, and vision. I rather see myself from ten different point of view to find something that differ from my self-picture.

Wednesday I visited Stockholm, Sundbyberg, where I had an appointment. I got to meet an Italian woman at a known swedish company. She oppened my eyes a bit, she really gave that feedback that other HR-representants don't dare to say only write. I'm not sure that all HR-people would be that brief in explaining pros and cons about my application. But this Italian did!

When leaving this company I wasn't that sad not getting the job, I was simply too unexperienced. I was actually glad that I had got such good feedback, not only on my application but also on how to set goals, and how to achieve those goals.

Recalculation to be continued...

Sincerely

H
